I had a mixed experience at New Otani Inn Sapporo. The service from the staff was really good, especially when I faced an issue retrieving a lost bag. but the room was not what I expected in size. The location was fantastic, making it easy to access transport and local stores, though the noise from the elevators was quite disruptive during the night.
